Prophetic Word for April 2020 Steadfast

The prophetic word for April 2020 is steadfast. God is still good in a world full of heart. He is always with us and keeps eye on us. Therefore, when we feel any difficulty we say our prayer to God.

WHY GOD?

The world is hurting, my heart is broken for everyone who is suffering medically, financially, and from the loss of loved ones. However, some believe God caused this virus, but would a good Father give their child a sickness? If you had the virus would you give your child the virus to teach your child a lesson or get your child’s attention? NO! A million times. No!

“If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him?”Matthew 7:11

Scriptures God is Good

“I would have lost heart unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of God in the land of the living. Psalm 27:13

“That God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.” 1 John 1:5

“The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and He knows those who trust in Him.”Nahum 1:7

“He(Jesus) who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.” Acts 10:38

There isn’t one instant of Jesus putting the disease on anyone while he walked this earth. Jesus said he did what he saw his Father doing. John 5:19&20.

It’s the enemy that comes to kill steal and destroy.

When I get overwhelmed during the pandemic, I recite the above scriptures and play some worship music. Certainly, there are plenty of scriptures regarding God’s goodness and His promises.

PROPHETIC WORD FOR APRIL 2020 STEADFAST

According to Merriam-Webster dictionary “Steadfast means,unwavering course in love, allegiance, or conviction.” And in April 2020 prophetic word is a blessing.

Devoted

Devout

Faithful

Loyal

Immovable

OUR STEADFAST HEART TOWARD GOD

“He will have no fear of bad news; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord. His heart is steadfast, he will not fear. In the end he will look in triumph over his enemy.”Psalm 112:7&8

GOD’S STEADFAST HEART TOWARD US

How precious is Your steadfast love O’God! The children of men take refuge and put their trust under the shadow of Your wings. Psalm 36:7

OUT OF EGYPT

In this season, with His steadfast love, God is calling us “out of Egypt.” In the bible, Egypt is considered the “world system.” At this moment everything is being shaken in us and around us. Only God is the same yesterday, today and forever.

God called Jesus out of Egypt. Matthew 2:15

God called Moses out of Egypt

Moses carried Joseph bones out of Egypt.  Exodus 13:19

God highlighted to me Joseph bones symbolizes our “old man” and with the Grace of God’s grace we will  “bury” our old man once and for all.

Yes, Jesus dealt with our old man on the cross.

“our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin.” Romans 6:6

Yet like a bad guy in a horror movie, sometimes our “old man” keeps springing back to life, especially during stressful times.

We have to “put on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him.” Colossians 3:10

And

“put on the new self, which in the likeness of God has been created in the righteousness and holiness of the truth. “Ephesians 4:24

You are not doing this examining of the “old man” alone. God will lovingly walk you through on how to bury that  “old man,” step by step. The Lord will show you what needs to stay and what needs to go. What is working and what is not.

The fruit of the spirit is already in us, we need to tap into the gifts of the Spirit.

“But the Spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.” Galatians 4:22

For me, I try not to answer someone right away, I even ask in my mind, Jesus what do you think about this or that. Then I quiet myself and see if anything rises to my spirit, heart or mind. Sometimes a scripture will leap into my mind or I get a certain knowledge about something.  Remember, Christ in you the hope of Glory(Col 1:27) you have access to the fruit of the spirit 24/7.

THIS SEASON

We are on the potter’s wheel, God is making room for Him through in us, so we can carry more of His Glory to pour out to others in our lives. Likewise, Esther spent a year getting physically ready for her king, we are spiritually getting ready for the King of Kings, Jesus.

  “These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.”1 Peter 1:7

TEST

I am in a shelter in place state and it could feel like the wilderness. I am trying not to make the same mistakes as the Israelites did in their wilderness experience. So, I am trying not to complain, believing bad reports, trusting God, and smashing any type of idolatry that God reveals to me.

It is interesting to me, that Joseph’s bones were finally laid to rest at the end of the book in Joshua in the promised land. Moreover, to fully walk into our promised land we are going to have to bury our “old man” as well. Certainly, God’s grace will help us every step of the way, we can’t do this in our own strength.

“Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty,” Zechariah 4:6

FRUITFULNESS

Paul wrote Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, and Philemon under house arrest! God had me look at the meaning of homo sapiens which means wise man during this time, I need to use my time wisely.

WITTY INVENTIONS

The Lord has me praying proverb 8:12 “I wisdom dwell with prudence and discover witty inventions.” I am praying this in hopes for a vaccine for coronavirus. And I pray this horrible time, for the people that are shut-in at home this will be a time of creativity and inventions.

Prayer

Lord in Jesus name, help eradicate this coronavirus from our world.

Lord help the scientist to develop a vaccine for this virus, ASAP.

Yes, Lord, I ask for miracle healings in your name.

Lord, I ask that you show me in tangible ways that you are walking aside us every step of the way.

Lord help me walk in faith instead of cowering in fear.

And Lord thank you for you abundant Grace is crucifying my flesh.

Lord thank you for helping me walk in the fruit of your Spirit.

Lord Thank you for your steadfast love toward me.

Please, Lord, help me keep my steadfast love toward You.

Lord help all the essential workers stay healthy.

Last Month’s Update

It seems my March 2020 word of vindication did come to pass, is that many of the “preppers” were vindicating. Many of us ridiculed for storing up for food, water, and toilet paper for years.

Moreover, the word vindication even showed up in a headline in secular news, about Taylor swift being vindicated.
